Digital workforce · Enterprise AIHumans built the tools. Now the tools have colleagues.
No one person sees the whole estate, and there is more in flight than anyone can hold in their head. So architecture reviews queue, access requests sit, and audit evidence gets reconstructed after the fact.Anantha Padmanabham2 min
Agent autonomy · AI governanceThe end state is not AI without people. It is judgement that moves up a level.
Every serious conversation about agent autonomy ends at a machine that does the standing work unwatched. Parts of that are nearer than the debate suggests. What is not reachable is an enterprise with nobody accountable for what the machine did.Anantha Padmanabham3 min
Agentic AI · AI governanceYou approved what your AI would do. Nobody approved what it would find.
Access is granted once, when a job starts. An AI agent chooses its own next move, so what it reaches for nine steps in was never in front of whoever signed it off.Anantha Padmanabham1 min
Enterprise AI · AI governanceEnterprises build AI agents faster than they can govern them. We are where they go live.
The agent works in the demo. Then it meets risk, legal and audit, and stops — not because the model was not good enough, but because nobody could say which data it touched, on whose authority, and under what policy.Anantha Padmanabham1 min
Agentic AI · AI governanceThe governance we bought was built for models, not agents
